So had my Fitness Assesment and Program today
Took some mesurements, Did some running and cycling
Basic bits are like
Chest waist and hips were all 83cm
cant remembers the other a fair amount of info to take in.
Went on the athletics track to run 6 laps or 2.4km well he cut it short to 3 laps and that took me just over 8 minutes
Then went onto the bike and did 10 minutes no issues
I have always disliked jogging and did alot more bike riding over the years
So he then showed me some weighs a mix on bells and the machines some crunches
then i did 10 minutes on the xtrainer
A guide will be written up for me and ready to pick up tomorrow will report on what that shall be in the next few days
